Who Are We?

OutBack Pack was a passion project started by Mark McKeever. As Mark began to get into the outdoors working a fast food job at Chick-fil-a, He realized that it was nearly impossible to afford any of the equipment he wanted. And when he did get new equipment, the only ones he could afford would break after the first or, if he was lucky second camping trip.

He decided enough was enough. He started OutBack Pack as a side business with a business model similar to Costco. Where members would pay an annual fee to shop on the site, allowing for products to be sold for almost the same price as they were purchased for in bulk.

This was all done with the idea in mind of Getting People Outside. Because no one should be stopped from enjoying what we have left of the great outdoors.
